A parcel opening video is mandatory for any return or damage claim.

Return or replacement is applicable only in the following cases:

2. Wrong product has been delivered

No return or refund will be accepted in the following situations:

1. Product has been used or opened
2. No parcel opening video is provided
3. Minor variations due to natural materials

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Customers must provide accurate and complete details including name, address, and contact number while placing an order. GauGrih is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
